READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
A verb is reflexive when the subject and the object are the same. Another way to think of it is when the subject is doing something to itself, it is reflexive.
To "study reflexive and non-reflexive verbs in sentences" means to analyze sentences to identify verbs that describe actions performed by the subject on themselves (reflexive) versus actions directed towards someone or something else (non-reflexive), often using reflexive pronouns like "myself," "yourself," or "themselves" in the reflexive verbs; essentially, understanding when a verb indicates an action done to oneself versus an action done to another object or person.
